Feeling good is an inside out job.  The best feeling is to help others feel fantastic.  Initially I will train someone to loose weight, improve fitness, increase flexibility, help with core strength & bladder control.  However what actually comes after a few solid workouts is this amazing sense of achievement.  Workouts are made to be fun, you look forward to having a laugh and getting fit & healthy.

Health and wellbeing for the mind, body and soul is essential to living a happy, healthy and balanced life. I am a qualified Yoga Instructor and have practiced yoga for most of my life. In my yoga and yogalates classes I aim to strengthen, tone and stretch the body, calm the nerves, relax the mind and create a sense of peace within. Yoga and yogalates is for everyone, to be healthier, have fun and help reach your highest potential.
