Our core focus is to bring fun physical exercise to as many as possible. Hence we visit clients in home to work towards their goals, set up group sessions for companies and community groups. Additionally we’ve partnered with Brisbane City Council for the past 11 years and hold weekly classes that are free for the local community to participate in.

Class Descriptions:
Fitness Challenge: Check in with where you’re at now and get ready to level up with fun community to help with your goals be it to drop kgs, strengthen, improve cardio fitness and feel fantastic.
HIIT 30 / 30 Fitness and Pilates workout: Cardio Strength workout get your heart rate up, complete with core and stretch. A perfect way to do both of the fitness worlds. A boot camp style cardio and strength workout completed with a pilates component focussed on abs and core. Each workout runs for 30 minutes.
HIIT Cardio Circuit: Circuit training, strength, cardio and Pilates. 30 minutes of high pace to boost
up heart rate, and 30 minutes of Pilates including core focus, spinal articulation
and toning.
Pilates: Tone stretch and strengthen your body into shape and feel great. Abs, buts and thighs are core focus to help you burn off unwanted fat. A number of levels are shown to ensure you can challenge yourself and increase your ability.
Yogalates: Exercises with a strong pilates foundation to improve your core strength and yoga elements for improved flexibility and breathing technique. Feel refreshed by toning up in the great outdoors.
Bubby Pilates: Bliss Active signature class. Enjoy a workout with babies in tow. Enjoy a workout with babies in tow for Mums and Dads. Focus will be on toning, gentle strengthening and improving mobility and increasing flexibility. Emphasis will be given to strengthening the core muscles and activating the pelvic floor and transverse abdominals. Special Baby Play time with rhyme and movement, great for baby bonding and socialisation.
In addition to group classes running throughout the year, there is an opportunity to book in for personalised training programs for 4-8 weeks to get you started from your own home or in local park. Sessions are able to accommodate small groups 3-8 people as well. Mums with babies and children are most welcome to participate.
