With our 2 key studio locations, people travel for up to 45 minutes, with little ones in tow. Why? We offer great classes including Bootcamp, Pilates and Personal Training for Mum and Baby plus toddlers at affordable prices, ensuring complete workout for Mum and a little fun for the little ones. We were also the the first to offer Pilates classes run for Mum simultaneously to 2, 3, 4 & 5 years Dance, Gymnastic and Movement classes. Ensuring everyone can enjoy a great workout especially the super busy Mums with a baby and an older child.

Natalie is great because she really pushes you to do your best, corrects your moves and is also great with the babies if they are a bit upset. Not only is it a great workout but a great social catch up as well! There are not many places that allow you to take babies along to your work out, so take advantage of Bliss. The classes are small and all of the ladies are lovely.

Bliss classes are safe and welcoming for my baby. Stretching through the neck, shoulders and back has been the best part of the class for me. I’ve experienced pain in these areas for many years and Bliss Pilates has provide relief in those areas. It’s Fun. Great for Mums and Bubs as its a social outing as well as a workout. Superb facilities – perfect for the Bliss classes (inc kiddie minding). I enjoy the relaxed and fun atmosphere of the class and have been surprised at how my body has slimmed down and toned up from including just one class to my week, since having a baby. That the Bliss Pilates classes are fun, motivating, and most of all effective at helping you slim down and/tone up. The supportive instructors make exercising while pregnant really fun and safe.

As a mum of a 7 month old baby, being able to get fit and bring my baby to a class was a great benefit of the classes. The classes were relaxed and the instructor, who had a baby of here own, made you feel relaxed when your baby was crying or had to take care of your baby.
